Interested in buying a dedication Ad for your athlete, but don't know where to get started? Here are some FAQs to help.

Q: Can I create my own ad?
A: Yes! You can submit a print-ready ad. If you want to try to design something yourself, Canva has a free version with lots of templates and ideas. The file format needed for submission is a print-ready PDF.
Q: What are the Ad sizes?
A: Half-Page Size: 8.5" W x 5.5" H, Full-Page Size: 8.5" W x 11" H
​Q: Can an Ad be created for me?
A: Yes! Send your images and the text you would like, and I will send you an Ad to review and make updates to before you give your final approval.
Q: Can businesses buy an Ad to advertise?
A: Yes! You or someone you know can purchase an Ad for a business. The same prices and due dates apply.
Q: Are Ads only for Seniors?
A: No. Anyone can purchase an ad for their athlete. All levels and grades have purchased Ads in previous programs.
Q: When are the Ads due?
A: Ads must be purchased by 5/9/25. Print-ready Ads must be submitted by 5/14/25. If you are having an ad created for you, I will contact you with more details.
Q: What if I don't have many swim pictures? Can I still do this?
A: Yes! You can use any images, but if you are looking for swim images, take a look at our photo sharing links on WhatsApp or on The 562 and see what you can find.
